Deren Kimya Mikrobiyoloji Laboratuvarı ne iş yapar?

Mikrobiyoloji Laboratuvarı ‘Deren Kimya San. ve Tic.A.Ş.’ şirketi bünyesinde 2005 yılı başında TUBİTAK-TEYDEB Ar-Ge projesi desteği ve İstanbul Üniversitesi Genel Biyoloji Ana Bilim Dalı Başkanı ‘Prof. Dr. Ayşın Çotuk’ ve Legionella Çalışma Grubu danışmanlığıyla kurulmuş, endüstriyel ve evsel su sistemlerinden alınan numunelerde ‘TS ISO 11731 “Su Kalitesi – Su sistemlerinde Legionella tespiti ve sayımı”’ standart metoduna göre Legionella Analizi yapan bir mikrobiyoloji laboratuvarıdır.

Laboratuvarın amacı; evsel sıcak ve soğuk su sistemlerinde, yüzme havuzları ve spalarda, soğutma kulelerinden alınan örnekler gibi endüstriyel sistemlerde Legionella spp. tespiti ve sayımı yapmaktır.

Mikrobiyoloji Laboratuvarında; Su tesisatı olan her yerden (otel, plaza, hastane gibi çok sayıda insanın bulunduğu binalar ile endüstriyel tesislerin soğutma sularında) Legionella analizi yapılarak, sistem suyu güvenilirliği ve hijyeni tayin edilerek, olası riskler tespit edilir.

MİKROBİYOLOJİ LABORATUVARI FAALİYET KAPSAMI

Mikrobiyoloji Laboratuvarında sürdürülen tek analiz olan ISO 11731 (2017): Ocak 2018 Su Kalitesi-Legionella Sayımı” test metodu akreditasyon kapsamına alınmıştır.
